This is the main reason I haven't been around this summer autocrossing, as I started my own business making wood products.
Right now I am primarily doing small work on a wood lathe, including ornaments, wine bottle stoppers and pens. I have also turner 1 shift knob for a customer and I am planning on doing a couple for myself as examples.
I am selling most of my products on Etsy right now, as well as in person.
Beyond selling small items, I can also do larger projects. I have 7 years experience as a trim carpenter (Hanging and trimming doors, trimming windows, installing base board, installing cabinets) and I do know how to do simple framing, including decks and building walls. I have built a few entertainment centers, as well as book shelves. I am also starting to dabble in furniture making as well.
My philosophy on projects is that if I don't know how to do it, I probably know someone how does. I am also willing to take on projects that many people won't, as there are few things that can't be messed up enough that they can be fixed.

If anyone has questions, comments or has a project to look at, contact me on Facebook or at

Thanks for your time and I hope to be racing again soon.
